Leadership

Bill Hobin

President

Bill, the President and owner of GenServ, brings more than twenty years of industry experience to his leadership role. In his capacity as President, Bill oversees the company’s business operations and provides essential support to both the construction and service teams.

Before joining GenServ, Bill owned a residential general contracting company and served as a project manager at a prominent construction management firm on the South Shore. There, he effectively managed commercial projects throughout the Boston area. His career highlights include successful project completions across healthcare, hospitality, retail, and high-end residential sectors.

Bill pursued his education at Umass Amherst and Wentworth Institute of Technology. Currently residing on the South Shore with his wife and three children, he is an enthusiastic skier who spends most of his winter weekends enjoying the slopes in Maine.

Matthew Beaulieu

Vice President of Construction Operations

Matt, the Vice President of Construction Operations and co-owner of GenServ, brings over 30 years of experience in the service industry and 20 years as a business owner. His dedication to client satisfaction and relationship building has been key to his achievements.

Before GenServ, Matt successfully managed a commercial laundry and materials supply company that catered to 7,000 businesses. His skills in attracting new business, overseeing operations, and delivering exceptional service led to a profitable sale of the company. Later, he joined GenServ as the VP of Service, responsible for managing the warehouse, rentals, company fleet, and service team.

Matt is an alumnus of Mass Maritime Academy and enjoys hobbies like fly fishing, paddle tennis, golf, and spending quality time with his family. Residing in Rochester, MA with his wife, Matt is a proud father of four daughters.

Justin Marks

Vice President of Business Development

Justin, a co-owner of GenServ, boasts 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Holding the position of Vice President of Business Development, he is tasked with driving new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing all construction projects and personnel.

Before his tenure at GenServ, Justin gained valuable experience working for major construction managers in the area, primarily serving as a superintendent in the field. His expertise spans various sectors including healthcare, office spaces, retail, and multi-family housing, with successful completion of multiple projects.

Justin is a graduate of Dickinson College with a bachelor’s degree in policy studies and was a member of the men’s Lacrosse team. He is actively involved in the community, currently serving on the Zoning Board of Appeals in Scituate, Ma., where he resides with his wife and two children.
